non-directional, multi-strategy fund that wraps a diversified portfolio of typically
hard-to-access external managers into a single investible fund. Underlying strategies
are fully systematic and include arbitrage, high frequency market making, statistical
arbitrage and relative value. The fund relies on inhouse, robust multi level risk
management infrastructure, allowing for 24/7 real-time risk control across multiple
execution venues. The fund targets double digit returns with high Sortino ratio.
This fund
captures structural expansion of the Web3 and digital assets space. Portfolio
construction is based on a research-intense approach of investing in liquid tokens of
Layer 1, Layer 2 protocols and DeFi applications. The portfolio allocation is based on

Gold Institutional Fund, bringing its reputation and financial resources to provide
trusted, secure custody. Fidelity has built an enterprise-grade custody solution for

infrastructure for secure trading at multiple exchanges, off exchange settlements
and secure vault storage of digital assets. Copper can securely custody over 100

Fireblocks
is a platform that protects digital assets in transit, focusing on protecting the
transmission of customers' digital assets between exchanges, counter brokers, hot
wallets, and cold stores. The technology consists of the Fireblocks Network and

A banker with 27 years of experience in
investment management and private equity. Prior to joining Nickel, Anatoly was with the
Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs dealing with portfolio construction for
professional family office clients. Prior to that, he worked for JPMorgan, HSBC, and
EBRD.
Anatoly studied International Business Relations at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and earned an Executive MBA degree from the University of Oxford in 2009.

A portfolio manager with over 30 years of
experience of trading macro, commodity and fixed income relative value portfolios in
hedge funds and investment banks. Prior to joining Nickel, Michael ran crypto arbitrage
strategies for a prominent London-based family office, FIRV portfolio for a
multi-billion hedge fund in Madrid and was part of an arbitrage prop desk at Bankers
Trust and later Deutsche Bank.
Michael graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester and obtained an MBA in Finance from Wharton Business School in 1992.

A portfolio manager with 14 years of experience
in macroeconomic research and the hedge fund trading. Prior to joining Nickel, he worked
for Macrosynergy Partners, Toscafund and Liongate. He independently set up a successful
algorithmic cryptocurrency arbitrage system, which became one of the core trading
systems at Nickel Digital.
